We currently have an opportunity within our well-established service department for an experienced BMW Service Advisor.

The successful candidate will be capable of looking after high volumes of customers, able to build excellent relationships and give the very highest levels of customer service at all times.

As a BMW Service Advisor you will be the first contact for the customer as they enter the dealership. You will explain the repair process and check the customer’s vehicles in. You must effectively sell products and services as well as making customer bookings.

Communicating with the workshop and the customer to ascertain the level of work required and obtain authorisation. You will also be responsible for making the customers experience as enjoyable as possible, whilst providing the very highest level of customer service. Knowledge of Kerridge / Drive / ADP DMS system is essential.

Salary: OTE £35,500

Employees are also able to participate in a tax efficient company car scheme.

Full UK Driving Licence essential
