As one of the largest BMW Retailers in the UK, Partridge of Hampshire are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced individual to help us move into the next phase of our growth. Who are we? Partridge of Hampshire is a family run, independent retailer, representing both BMW and MINI across Hampshire. Toby Partridge, our ‘hands on’ Managing Director is leading the way and we are fast becoming the name for BMW and MINI across the region. Toby has spent 25 years working with BMW and is passionate about the brand and building a team around him who feel the same.

What is the role?


As an Internet Sales and CRM Trainee, you will undergo training and learn as much as possible to become effective in handling online customer enquiries, discussing their wants and needs. Additionally, you will learn how to manage electronic enquiries within our systems, through to the point of either creating an appointment, or, of lost sale.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:


• Following Contact Plans as documented in the Partridge BMW/MINI processes

• Accepting online leads into our systems, within timeframes outlined by the manufacturer

• Ensuring that all customers are informed of and given all available options

• Thoroughly qualifying all customers, especially in respect of methods of vehicle funding in line with compliance requirements

• Striving to delight customers and work towards achieving the highest degree of customer satisfaction

• Updating records with customer information, ensuring the database is fully and accurately maintained

• Accurately describing and appraising part-exchange vehicles, so that the Sales Managers can clearly and easily provide the most accurate valuation


Who you need to be?

You will have a passion for cars and for learning about our brand with is cutting-edge technologies. You will be the main point of contact for your customers requiring great customer focus, enthusiasm, positivity and problem-solving abilities to be able to build strong relationships.

You will have a good level of IT knowledge and a great manner on the telephone.


Full UK Driving Licence essential
