Bodyshop Administrator

Partridge of Hampshire have vacancies for a Bodyshop Administrator based at their Winchester BMW Bodyshop.

The role involves:

  • Receiving telephone calls and making Bodyshop appointments and estimates using our Bodyshop management system
  • Raising repair instructions using both BMW management system and EMACS Bodyshop software
  • Advising on future work
  • Providing cost estimates for repairs
  • Informing customers of all available extras, accessories and associated products
  • Provide the very highest levels of customer service
  • Make outbound calls advising on additional work required
  • Preparing invoices in line with authorised amounts
  • Handing over completed vehicle to clients checking total satisfaction with repairs undertaken

The successful candidate will be from a similar role in either the retail or hospitality environment where customer service is key. Full training will be provided on site at Winchester

Salary on Application

Full UK Driving Licence essential
