currently looking for a dynamic and highly organised Bodyshop Manager to join
our team in Winchester.

Partridge of Hampshire is a family run, independent retailer representing both BMW and MINI across Hampshire. Toby Partridge, our ‘hands on’ Managing Director, leads the way, having spent more than 25 years working across BMW. Toby is passionate about building a team around him who feel the same.
Here at Partridge of Hampshire we have one of the largest Aftersales Departments in the region. The role of Bodyshop Manger is to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Bodyshop Department by satisfying customers, enhancing customer relations and to help us constantly deliver a 5-star experience to all our BMW and MINI customers.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Developing all members of staff to reach the highest levels of performance in order to achieve, individual satisfaction, targets, objectives and 5 Star Customer Ratings
Examine sales volume and monitor labour sales to ensure achievement of budget for the period
To improve the quality of customer service and retention by enhanced facilities, improved technical skills and high standards of quality workmanship
Review with Aftersales Manager departmental activities, reporting systems, issues and concerns
Maintain direct liaison with manufacturers, suppliers, statutory representatives and all other contacts including maintaining relationships
Carry out a regular review of all pricing policies, labour rates, fleet discounts, parts pricing and other dealership policies

As a Bodyshop Manager you will be resilient with excellent communication skills. You will be passionate about what we do and who we are. With strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet you are always willing to go the extra mile to make your team a
success and drive the business forward.
You will be focused on delivering results and meeting customer expectations, setting high standards for quality and have the ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Previous experience of working within the motor trade industry
3 years, minimum, of Bodyshop Management Experience
Excellent IT, highly skilled VDA and administration skills
Experience with Kerridge / Drive an advantage
A full, clean Driving Licence is essential
