Awful service! Car went in for DAB issue and squeaky door when driving. After first test they said nothing was wrong with either so I spoke to technician and he found both issues. Door sorted quickly but radio took 12 days due to BMW not authorising

My car had been booked in for seversl weeks on a friday, for a recall seatbelt and a badge fitted. Neither was done and the car had to be kept in until Monday. The badge still was not able to be fitted on the mon so needs booking in again

My tpms showed all my tires needed air and I would expect that as part of the service this would have been done as well as the drivers side windscreen wiper leaves streaks and this wasn't picked up

I asked for an issue to be looked at and it wasn't. I was sent a video of the technician assessing the underneath of the car as it was on a ramp. Nice idea, but the audio was unintelligible, so the video was useless. The adviser ignored both points

Communication was so so poor (not the fault of Sarah). Last minute call to say that I wouldn't have a car for another day (I was in a £26 taxi already on the way there). I had to pay another £500 plus for an issue that wasn't really explained to me.

my car cam for MOT and to do two faults . One , the casr key for some reaseon can lock them selfs in car inside, then you need to have sapre car key to unlock it. the secon , the driver mirror is not foulding open every time when you start to drive.

Great service from Nick Hogg to assist with arranging the work but all pretty poor aside from that. Car didn't get cleaned, child seat removed and not put back. I was offered the vehicle clean which didn't get done. Car wasn't ready when picking up.

My car encountered a problem after the service due to contaminated ad blue which was added, causing the engine warning light to come on and incorrect ad blue message. Very stressful driving car back to the garage and waiting to find out if damaged!
