The sales staff were really well balanced between looking to sell me a car, but also giving me the space to consider what I wanted and listening to what I wanted from the car. The nadover of the car was smooth.

The boot cover on my car suddenly releases whilst driving. I asked the service centre to confirm the operation of the boot cover arms. I have not yet received confirmation that the boot cover arms works as expected.

I feel completely ripped off, as air conditioner service didn't do any good. Also my car wasn't washed (this was requested when I had checked in the car online). Thankfully there was lovely lady who was returning my car, who got this done

Whilst I waited for the tyre to be fixed my family wanted to head into Southampton to carry on our holiday. The BMW receptionists were very helpful and managed to get them a lift to the local station, thereby saving my family an hour's walk.

The car was investigated and all works was completed in the time frames that were given. I expected a bit of a delay because of the bank holiday, but this wasn't the case. Plus, it wasn't a problem that I needed a few days to collect my car.

Would have given it 5* but preposterously expensive at nearly £500 for an oil service following a service 5 months earlier [in March] alongside an MOT also in March. Also VERY irritated by BMW onboard messages - timed, not mileage. A racket!

Brought the car for an airbag recall, assuming it would be replaced. The airbag was not replaced but no explanation given as to why not. Considering the recall is on safety grounds, I think an explanation is necessary, either way.

I brought my car in for service the evening before my early morning appointment so I would have expected it to be ready early afternoon. It was in for a basic service and MoT. It was not ready until the end of the day resulting in a difficult journey
