Excellent service. My car was booked in for a recall for the starter motor. I could not bring it in on the day as I have leukaemia and went down with Covid. At short notice my car was collected and the work done. The garage was so helpful.

The receptionist at service desk was friendly and efficient. I needed to collect my car by a certain time and was told that they would do their best. I was kept informed of progress all the way through and me car was ready to collect on time.

Experience OK till I got in the car, why does it smell so minty!! I mean who wants a car that smells of strong mint. Several days later it still smells and honestly it's not pleasant.

It was very simple to drop car off and collect it the following day. They did however forget to check my air conditioning which I mentioned on the app when booking in and I unfortunately have no fix for the horrendous second gear shifting problem.

The emergency call was showing a fault and we agreed that Partridge would, for a fee, investigate the fault. This they duly did and found that the rubber seal had perished, let in water and the unit required replacement at a cost of more than £3,000.

Poor! starter motor due to be replaced on the 14/07/26 as earliest date available when book in April. So asked to change brake fluid at the same time. And the brake fluid was all that was done. And no one thought to tell me there was no starter motor
