Would have given 5 stars but mileage entered on invoice was not correct by about 700 miles and bonnet was not secured properly. This was nothing to do with the customer service I received but all to do with the mechanic who carried out the work.

When a car is on site from 2pm Thurs to 11am Sat for a service that cost nearly £700 i find it very hard to believe there was no time to carry out the 'complimentary' wash. I use Partridge as they don't pull tricks like this unlike other centres!

The tech looking after my car was great, we talked about the issue and he was keen to inform and advise me. Post visit, I've tried to email the service advisor of my case twice and both have gone unanswered. As a result, I took my query elsewhere.

Dropped my car off at 8.30 and was advised it would be ready by 5. However it was not ready until 5.40 which was a little disappointing. Happy with the service work that was done

Reception were not aware my car was coming in. On pick up I was told it would be ready after being told "just another 5 mins" multiple times it took 45 mins and I was unable to collect my child from school resulting in frantic phone calls.

I booked a brake fluid service. In online check in&on the day at recepion & with the assistant I asked for tyre pressures be checked due to a warning on the car. I was told all was well. The warning reoccured-the tyres were too low-we fixed at home

Customer service for the matter above is not a positive experience. To keep my custom I would have expected this to have been looked at and issue identified to then have a discussion of whether this was the fault of the centre.

The car was booked in at 11.30 for a 2 hour appointment and was ready on time. Also the invoice was a few £ cheaper than originally quoted.

Sarah worked hard to make sure my car was safe to drive over the Xmas period. Running around to check stock and to squeeze my car in to be resolved before the Xmas closure. This made me feel valued.
