My only disappointment was the inability to drive my vehicle away on the day I purchased it due to an issue with the FCA and sales commissions. No fault of the sales team that I dealt with.

It took you 4 days to carry out this repair, and the first time you returned the car the problem had not been fixed though your engineer thought he had fixed it. In the end it cost £1200 just to repair/replace a door latch.

A tyre was replaced. I suggest doing all the tyre pressures for safety is good practice. My pressure warning light has been on in the past but technicians haven't thought to pump up. Very poor.

Only strange thing was, I waited while the brake fluid was changed and I could see in the myBMW app that the car was locked and parked across the road for almost an hour before they told me it was finished? I felt that was a wasted an hour!

The boot cover on my car suddenly releases whilst driving. I asked the service centre to confirm the operation of the boot cover arms. I have not yet received confirmation that the boot cover arms works as expected.

I feel completely ripped off, as air conditioner service didn't do any good. Also my car wasn't washed (this was requested when I had checked in the car online). Thankfully there was lovely lady who was returning my car, who got this done

2 stars for getting a product recall done in a day and washing the car. CS rep couldn't advise on whether or not car could/should be driven in the interim. No offer or mention of courtesy car or compensation. Deleted vehicle driver settings? Why?

Car was in for 2 year service & yet I was asked if I also wanted the aircon reconditioned as it was due in another week! Why wouldn't I want the complete service at 2 years and be told that the aircon service was due when I booked my 2 year service?
