• Enjoy class-leading response times of no more than 15 minutes to queries and appointment requests (Monday-Friday). Service Online Requests will be answered within 5 minutes.
• If your car needs repairing, we’ll triage it within 24 hours to support parts ordering and technician requirements. All follow up appointments will occur within 7 working days, and within 3 days if a warning light is showing.
• To minimise interruption to your working day, you can access our centre’s meeting spaces while you wait for your car, enjoying complimentary Wi-Fi and refreshments.
• After every service or repair, your car will receive a complimentary wash and vacuum. You’ll also receive a complimentary BMW End of Warranty Check.
