What is the role?

You’ll be the first voice our BMW, MINI and Changan customers hear. Reporting to the Service & Parts Operations Manager, you’ll handle inbound service calls for our Service Centre, booking work in, answering questions and turning enquiries into confident bookings.

Day to day, you will:

• Take inbound service calls and enquiries, establishing each customer’s service or repair needs

• Book work in accurately and keep a busy service diary running smoothly

• Advise customers on exact or estimated costs before any work is carried out

• Handle objections positively and offer additional products and services where they genuinely help

• Qualify and log sales enquiries for the sales team to follow up

• Deliver every conversation in line with our brand values and Customer Promise

Who you need to be?

To succeed in this role, you will be highly passionate about our brand, our standards and our vision.

You’ll have a proven track record in customer service, ideally within a premium environment, and be as comfortable on the phone as you are face to face. You’ll stay calm under pressure, work accurately to deadlines and use your initiative when it counts.

You will also bring:

• A minimum of three years’ customer service experience

• Five GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, including Maths and English

• Strong IT and administration skills, with excellent attention to detail

• A warm, confident telephone manner and genuine pride in getting things right

Hours

• This is an onsite role, Monday – Friday on a shift rotation.

• Flexibility to cover some Saturdays on a rota basis is required.
