National Business Development Manager

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a passion for premium automotive brands? About the Role:

As a field based National Business Development Manager, you will report to the Corporate Sales Director and work closely with key stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by securing new corporate clients, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through the sale of BMW, BMWi, and MINI vehicles to corporate clients.

  • Build, maintain, and develop relationships with leasing companies, end users, and key corporate contacts

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Provide specialist support to secure additional business from existing corporate accounts.

  • Prospect through telephone, networking, partnerships, and industry events

  • Prepare and present clear and effective supply quotations, including finance options

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and business presentations to potential and existing clients.

  • Organise and attend corporate events, trade shows, and industry conventions to enhance brand presence.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven B2B sales experience within the automotive or fleet sector

  • Strong ability to build and manage long-term client relationships

  • Knowledge of BMW, BMW i, and MINI products and their competitors.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • High level of commercial awareness and ability to analyse market opportunities

  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the wider team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act as a key escalation point for client issues.

  • A full UK driving license
