What is the role?
Partridge of Hampshire are looking for a Warranty/Retail Costing Clerk / VHC Administrator to work alongside our team based in Chandler’s Ford.
The successful candidate will be required to ensure high customer satisfaction and levels of service in respect of warranty work performed. Be able to explain warranty conditions and procedures to customers, to avoid misunderstanding and conflict. Make certain that correct charges are made as appropriate on goodwill claims, record, check and process all claim information in line with manufacturer conditions.
Role responsibilities – including but not limited to:
Ensuring efficient processing of warranty claims and filing
Maintaining high standards at warranty audit, working towards an A grade
Helping ensure warranty repairs are carried out to the highest standards of quality
Controlling the warranty system in order to avoid the risk of loss to the company
Ensure all invoicing is correct
VHC completion and customer upsell
Who you need to be?
To succeed in this role, you will be highly passionate about our brand, our standards and our vision.
You must have confident and professional communication skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, whilst recognising individual responsibility also have strong team working skills to contribute to the performance and success of the department
You will have a passion for customer service, a process orientated approach and be well-presented
A full UK Driving Licence
We will also expect you to be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile to keep our customers happy.
Your experience:
Computer literacy to be able to use dealership systems and warranty systems
Up to date knowledge with current Warranty Manual processes
Ability to assess and report on warranty repairs
Numerate and articulate to the clerical level required
Ability to maintain personal technical knowledge and skills and up to date knowledge of warranty procedures
Technical qualifications
Appreciation of the product range and how motor vehicles function
Knowledge of latest product updates and the ability to communicate information clearly to customer
Clear understanding of all BMW and MINI warranty products and goodwill policies

Hours:
Monday – Friday from 08:00 – 18:00 (47.5 hours per week).
